Dr. John P. MacRae is our Senior Pastor. Pastor John came to Faith Church in 1984. He is a graduate of Biblical Theological Seminary and received his Doctor of Ministry degree from Covenant Theological Seminary. He is married to Signe and they have two children, Betsy and Doug and one grandson.

Pastor John loves to preach expository messages from the Bible and seeks to preach from all parts of the Word and to all parts of our lives. He also loves to share the gospel of Christ with people who are seeking to know the Lord. It is Pastor John's desire that Christ will always be magnified in his body, whether by life or by death. Then when he finishes his pilgrimage, many will glorify God because of him.

Rev. Gary J. Griffith is our Associate Pastor. He is a graduate of Westminster Theological Seminary. Pastor Gary is the person on our staff that new people come to know first. He is married to Sue. Pastor Gary loves to welcome visitors and to help them feel at home and get to know others in Faith Church. He oversees our Christian Education and directly supervises our Adult Sunday School classes and Family Nite on Wednesdays. Pastor Gary also works with our Deacons in their excellent ministry to those with financial need in our church and community. Rev. James Bates is our second Associate Pastor. He oversees and develops our small group ministry. Jim grew up in New Jersey, is a graduate of Biblical Seminary in Hatfield and came to our area to serve as pastor of Kirkwood Presbyterian Church from 2001 - 2003. He is a certified counselor with CCEF. Jim is married to Joy and they have five children. His oldest, Stephen, attends Covenant College. Jim has a passion to help us apply the gospel to all parts of our lives and so be transformed from the inside out by Christ. He is also serving as our minister to Seniors (65+) and oversees the Young Adults ministry. He may be reached at jbates@faithrpc.org.

Mr. Tim Mindemann serves as Pastor to Youth and their Families. He began his ministry at Faith in January 2008 after serving in volunteer youth ministry for five years at Wheatland Presbyterian Church in Lancaster. Tim and his wife Elizabeth have two sons, Caleb and Joshua, who are both energetic toddlers, and an infant daughter, Annalee. Tim was born and raised in York County and he and Elizabeth are graduates of Lancaster Bible College. His hope in youth ministry is that more and more young people would be "enthralled by the reality of God and the power of His word to create authentic people" (John Piper). Rev. Chris Bennett is our Executive Pastor. He oversees the daily operations of the church, including administration, financial accounting, contributions, ministry teams, and employees. He also is a capable Bible teacher, teaching adult Sunday School classes and Life Group Bible studies. Chris is a graduate of Covenant Theological seminary and has served two previous churches as well as twenty-four years as a Navy Chaplain. Chris is married to Frankie and they have one grown child. Chris has a passion for helping people grow in their walk with the Lord Jesus Christ and in furthering the progress of the gospel. He can be reached at the church office and at CBennett@faithrpc.org.
